This position is responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience by overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. The role ensures prompt, courteous customer service and the effective promotion of loyalty programs. The CEC leads by example, engaging and interacting with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and role modeling outstanding customer service to create a positive internal and external customer experience.
