About The Position

Weins Auto Group is looking for a highly motivated and detail-orientated CEC Service Consultant to support our Service Team at Thornhill Toyota, a division of Weins, on a contract basis for 18 months. This position will be working onsite in our CEC Center in Markham during the first 6 months for trainings. Upon successful completion of trainings, the incumbent will work completely remote. In this customer-focused role, you’ll handle all incoming customer appointment inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Requirements

  • Customer service experience considered an asset
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming customer appointment inquiries quickly and accurately (telephone and by email)
  • Electronically schedule service appointments for the Assistant Service Managers, distributing work evenly unless otherwise directed by management
  • Generate appointment list on a daily basis.
  • Follow up on no-show appointments
  • Respond to customer concerns and requests that have been received through the Dealer Voice System
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as directed by management
