About The Position

The City of Coppell Community Experiences- Wagon Wheel Tennis and Pickleball Center seeks high-energy, and passionate Tennis Instructors to lead our center to new heights! As a Tennis Instructor, you are responsible for instructing and coaching Tennis students of all ages and skill levels in private, semi-private, and group settings. You will create a positive and engaging learning environment, focused on improving the skills and techniques of your students while fostering a love for the sport.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Tennis experience in high school, college, or participation in tournaments, leagues, or events
• Experience coaching and/or teaching tennis to children and/or adults
• Must currently possess one of the following certifications: USPTA or PTR
• CPR Certified, or the ability to obtain within 3 months post-hire

Nice To Haves

• Experience volunteering for related events or activities
• Experience with racket stringing
• Knowledge of USTA Leagues, USTA tournaments, and special events

Benefits

• Hourly assignment pay: $15.00 for Off Court, $20.00 for Group Lesson, $40.00 for Private Lesson
