Job Description Responsibilities: Plan and perform program instruction and work with local campus/location personnel, speakers/presenters, staff, and all participants in a professional manner to facilitate on-site coordination of assigned event sessions, as directed by an administrator. Understand, follow, and (where applicable) enforce Continuing Education Conference & Workshop policies addressing general conduct and standards of communication. Qualifications: Accept as a condition of employment compliance with Brigham Young University Honor Code and employee dress and appearance standards as found on the Continuing Education Conferences & Workshops website. Exemplify strong interpersonal and communication skills. Pass required background check for this position. Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America for CE Events, LLC. Please note that the employer is not offering employment with Conferences & Workshops as an internship, work experience, OPT, or any other visa-related opportunity and will not be able to provide visa sponsorship for this position in the United States of America.
