As the CDX Rotational Program Manager, based in Milwaukee or Chicago, you will be part of the Americas HR Business Partner Team. The Rotational Program Manager leads the strategy, design, and execution of the Commercial Development Exploration (CDX) Program— our US Sales organization’s early career rotational experience that develops future commercial and sales leaders. The role serves as the strategic owner and single point of accountability for program vision, cross functional alignment, talent development outcomes, and continuous improvement across multiple commercial functions and sales regions. Responsibilities include talent pipeline strategy, executive stakeholder engagement, participant development, and ensuring the program evolves with the business’s capability needs. This position reports to the Director, HR Business Partner - US Sales, and works in partnership with Sales Leaders—including the President of Sales, Regional VPs, Revenue Management, Field Marketing, and Category Management executives.
