As a Senior Patient Account Representative, you will be required to perform the following duties: Answer questions on Team Building Assistance Log Review accounts on CDU Escalation Desk Report Time Management Sheets Various other reports as assigned Training new hires, first point of contact for team members HQ Pre-bill report for authorizations Denials experience Proficient in all client systems Able to multitask, find trends and work towards solutions Other duties assigned
