We are seeking a highly motivated CDSEM Engineer to join our team and serve as the in-house expert on CD-SEM (Critical Dimension Scanning Electron Microscopy) technology. This role is pivotal in driving metrology innovation, supporting productivity improvements, and delivering high-value solutions to both internal teams and external customers.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for CDSEM systems.
  • Develop, optimize, and fine-tune CDSEM recipes for both full wafer and coupon-level analysis.
  • Drive productivity improvements in CDSEM operations and methodologies.
  • Acquire, analyze, and interpret CDSEM data to generate detailed technical reports.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to technician staff.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leadership, and customers.
  • Tackle high-value problems (HVPs) with innovative and data-driven solutions.
  • Think strategically about the future of semiconductor metrology and contribute to long-term planning.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high efficiency.
  • Embrace continuous learning, experimentation, and process optimization.
  • Apply systematic approaches and critical thinking to problem-solving.
  • BS in STEM related field minimum – MS or PhD in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or Physics preferred.
