CDS District Manager Oversee and manage the CDS operations of multiple Costco retail locations within a designated district. Ensure that each warehouse location meets CDS standards for sales, customer service, safety and operational efficiency. Drive business growth, manage budgets, implement CDS Operational Excellence strategies, and ensure overall success of their district. Monitor performance, address operational issues, manage staffing levels, build rapport with Costco GMs, and compliance with Advantage policies and industry regulations.
