About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a CDP Architect in the United States. This role is responsible for architecting scalable Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions that maximize client value while ensuring strong data governance, security, and compliance. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Consultants, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Marketing professionals to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in CDP platforms, hands-on experience with data pipelines, and a strong understanding of cloud and modern data infrastructure. This position blends strategic thinking with practical execution, requiring leadership in technical delivery and guidance on best practices. You will work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment to ensure CDP implementations drive measurable business outcomes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • College degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP, including schema creation, data ingestion, identity resolution, and destination activation.
  • Experience with Adobe Tags / AEP WebSDK implementation.
  • Minimum 5 years architecting and building data pipelines and 3+ years consulting in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, CDPs, modern data infrastructure, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Experience with data warehouses such as Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar solutions.
  • Excellent consulting, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Adobe Target, marketing automation platforms, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, architect, and document scalable CDP implementations tailored to client needs.
  • Lead technical delivery, guiding Data Engineers and cross-functional teams in solution execution.
  • Assess and audit client marketing technology stacks, identifying gaps and opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Implement robust data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection standards.
  • Promote best practices for information security, including data protection, identity resolution, and secure data transmission.
  • Support integration of CDPs with downstream systems, activation destinations, and marketing workflows.
