About The Position

Flexjet is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Customer Data Platform (CDP) & Analyst Specialist to join our Global Marketing team. This role is critical in managing and optimizing our customer data infrastructure to enable personalized, data-informed marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CDPs, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools to unify customer data, build audience segments, and deliver actionable insights that drive engagement, retention, and growth.

Requirements

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), such as Salesforce Data Cloud and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices.
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, DOMO).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and customer lifecycle engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the ingestion, unification, and hygiene of customer data across platforms (CRM, CDP, web, and offline sources) to ensure a single customer view.
  • Build and manage dynamic audience segments within the CDP to support targeted marketing campaigns across email, digital, and paid media channels.
  • Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and lifecycle trends to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to marketing and business stakeholders.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as engagement, conversion, and retention. Provide insights to optimize campaign strategies and improve ROI.
  • Support multi-touch attribution modeling and customer journey analysis to understand the impact of marketing efforts across channels.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that visualize customer data, campaign performance, and business KPIs for cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with the CRM, Sales, and Digital teams to align data strategies with business goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all data practices comply with relevant privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal governance standards.
  • Conduct regular research on CDP trends, tools, and competitor strategies to inform innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
