Location: Regional (OTR – Not Home Nightly)

Compensation Package for a CDLA Dry van Driver:
• Updated pay scale for experienced drivers .50 to .65 per mile.
• Paid weekly direct deposits.
Up to $2000 sign on bonus for qualified applicants.
• 401K with Partial Employer Match after 90 days.
• Paid time off available after 90 days.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
• Willingness to work an OTR schedule (5 days out and 2 days in)
• Strong commitment to safety and reliability
• Team players who are ready to grow with us
• Drivers with at least one year of verifiable Class A combination truck driving experience
• Licensed CDL Class A Driver
• Acceptable MVR
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical

Responsibilities

• Safely transport dry van freight across interstate routes
• Follow all DOT and company safety regulations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Secure and inspect cargo to ensure safe delivery
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
• Perform basic truck maintenance checks
