Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent (agency or in-house experience welcome!).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Recruiting Manager to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans that align with our company's growth objectives.
  • Leverage your sourcing superpowers to identify passive and active candidates through social media, networking events, job fairs, and professional organizations.
  • Master the art of candidate engagement, conducting insightful interviews (video, phone, and in-person) that unveil each candidate's full potential.
  • Utilize your analytical prowess to provide data-driven recruitment reports, empowering our leadership team to make informed decisions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by recommending innovative recruitment strategies and process improvements that align with industry best practices.
  • Embrace our commitment to compliance, adhering to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, personnel records, and compensation management guidelines.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, representing our company with integrity throughout the recruiting process.
