About The Position

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Clean driving record
Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operation
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
Physically capable of standing, sitting, climbing, bending, kneeling, and squatting
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance

Responsibilities

Safely operate company trucks and trailers in compliance with DOT and company regulations
Maintain a strong safety-first mindset to support zero recordable incidents
Report all safety concerns, near misses, and accidents immediately
Participate in safety inspections and investigations as needed
Transport raw materials and finished goods to and from specified destinations
Plan routes using knowledge of local and regional roadways
Ensure loads are properly secured and transported safely
Deliver materials on time to meet production and customer demand
Accurately maintain driver logs, inspection reports, and required documentation
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain cleanliness and general condition of truck and trailer
Provide professional, courteous service at all delivery and pickup locations
Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and plant teams
Support world-class customer service and operational excellence
Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and service
Participate in skill development and performance improvement initiatives
