About The Position

JOB PURPOSE Drive transfer truck and/or box truck to and from locations and yard jockey.

Requirements

• CDL Driver.
• Warehouse
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must have current CDLs
• Must have a good driving safety record.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills, including the ability to describe and convey nonconformance issues are required.
• Strict attention to detail is a must.
• Must be a Team Player with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Must have your own reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand, walk and drive for a minimum of 8 hours a day.
• Must be able to work Weekends and Overtime.
• Must be reliable.
• Must have strong English language skills, including:
• Reading
• Comprehending
• Speaking
• Writing
• Communication
• Must be able to wear required safety PPE such as Safety Glasses and closed-toe/closed-heel shoes.
• Must be able to adhere to all Safety policies and procedures to prevent injuries to yourself and others.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in furniture manufacturing,
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Using a Transfer Truck to move trailers from one location to another.
• Pick up Frames and other supplies needed and deliver to both locations as needed using Transfer Truck or Box Truck.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager
