About The Position
As a Delivery Representative at AmeriGas, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering propane to our valued customers while upholding the highest standards of safety and customer service. This position is crucial in ensuring that our residential and commercial clients receive their propane needs efficiently and safely. You will operate a propane delivery truck along designated routes, filling residential and commercial bulk tanks with propane and delivering propane cylinders to various commercial and industrial customers. Your role will require you to adhere strictly to all federal and state codes and regulations, as well as AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures. Consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory to ensure your safety and the safety of others during operations. The position involves working 8 to 12-hour shifts, depending on the fluctuating needs of the business. You will be expected to perform all daily functions in a safe manner, ensuring that you meet the operational standards set forth by AmeriGas.
