About The Position
Planet Aid is a nonprofit organization that collects and recycles used textiles to protect the environment and support sustainable development in impoverished communities around the world is seeking a full-time, Driver IV. Reporting to the Transportation Manager. This position has the responsibility of driving trucks of multiple including box trucks and tracker trailers transporting material from host locations to Planet Aid Business Unit; the driver will service the sites and routes provided by Planet Aid. Once the route is determined, the driver will be responsible for collecting all bagged and loose clothes and shoes in and around the bins. The driver will also be responsible for the proper maintenance of the sites which includes cleaning and collecting all the eventual rubbish disposed in and around the bins. The Driver IV will also support the team by shuttle trailers between satellite units in the region (same-day) as needed.
