About The Position

C.R. England is seeking a dedicated CDL Truck Driver with a valid Class A CDL and at least 3 months of experience. This role involves hauling dry freight for the Family Dollar account across multiple states, providing an opportunity for drivers to stay active and engaged beyond just driving.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of Class A CDL experience

Responsibilities

• Haul dry freight to Family Dollar stores throughout multiple states including Nevada, California, Arizona, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming.
• Complete an average of 1,700 miles with 2 loads per week and 3 stops per load.
• Unload the trailer using rollers, which requires climbing in and out of the trailer as necessary.
• Occasionally pick up backhauls on the return to the distribution center.
• Adhere to a start time of 6 AM and manage shifts of up to 14 hours.
