Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent
Agricultural or industrial equipment experience required
Must have a current updated CDL License
Excellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle Record
Good interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Positive outlook with a high-energy personality
Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills
Consistent record of achieving or over-achieving goals
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Tractor knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

Transport tractor/farm equipment
Explain how to use equipment to customer
Transport customers to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner
Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations.
Operate radio or similar device to communicate with the dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service according to traffic regulations.
Maintain a record of trips and destination or pick-up point.
Notify service manager of any servicing the delivery truck or trailer may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
