About The Position

Full time third party CDL Class A examiner needed for Georgia Driving Academy in Conyers, GA. The position requires a valid Class A CDL and involves skills testing for CDL applicants. Candidates must have patience, good communication skills, and a willingness to work with others. Experience is a plus, and candidates must be in good standing with the Georgia Department of Driver Services as a CDL examiner. The role includes a drug test, DOT physical, criminal background check, MVR driving record, and the ability to transfer your current examiner license to GDA. Prior skills testing experience is required. Skills testing is conducted Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL with a minimum of 2 years OTR experience
• Currently licensed CDL Class A examiner with the GA DDS
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work with others

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills testing for CDL applicants
• Ensure compliance with Georgia Department of Driver Services regulations
• Maintain accurate records of testing and results
• Communicate effectively with applicants and staff
• Work collaboratively with other examiners and staff members
