About The Position

The Tepa Companies are seeking a CDL Tanker Truck Driver to transport water using a designated tanker truck from filling station to project site. As a tanker endorsed driver, you will need to ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures during loading, transport, and unloading operations.

Requirements

Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement (N or X).
5+ years’ experience operating tanker trucks or heavy commercial vehicles.
Clean driving record.
Ability to pass required background check and drug screen.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including climbing, lifting hoses, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Operate a tanker truck to haul material between off-site fill stations and the project location.
Safely fill the tanker ensuring proper volume, secure connections, and spill prevention.
Transport to the site following assigned routes and project schedules.
Offload into on-site tanks or designated areas using proper procedures and controls.
Complete daily pre-trip, post-trip, and in-route inspections; document findings accurately.
Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and safety of the truck and all associated equipment.
Comply with all DOT regulations, site safety rules, environmental guidelines, and company policies.
Communicate effectively with site supervisors, equipment operators, and logistics teams.
Assist with general site tasks when hauling duties are not required (as needed).
