Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Class A CDL required
  • Requires sitting, standing and climbing
  • Must be able to drive truck in safe and professional manner
  • Ability to work in extremes of heat/cold
  • Verbal communications adequate to use a radio and or paging system to contact other co-workers in other areas of the complex

Responsibilities

  • Local Driving No Touch Freight
  • Fill out trailer log
  • Spot carrier trailers and Berry trailers as requested
  • Spot LTL trailers as requested
  • Fuel trucks as needed
  • Keep truck in safe working order
  • Work with Receiving when requested
  • Fill out D.O.T. inspection sheet
  • Take and score highly on all yearly HR required MyDevelopment courses, and any other courses that are deemed necessary
  • Lot check information as needed
  • Understand and adhere to all ISO & SQF guidelines and policies
  • Take loaded trailers to outside warehouse
  • Take empty trailers from outside warehouses to main plant
  • Take trailers from docks as requested
  • Must record movements using the ToughBook and the Shuttle Tote Board
