About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. The Shuttle Driver will drive a shuttle bus and transport customers to and from the facility, greet passengers, assist with loading and unloading, and operate the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner while complying with all traffic and safety regulations. The role also involves monitoring vehicle condition, communicating with dispatchers, conducting pre/post trip inspections, and treating all customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
• You have the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.
• You have the ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service: 1 year+
• Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle: 1 year+

Responsibilities

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
• Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
• Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
