Requirements

• Less than High School education or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid CDL Class A, B, or C Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement as per DOT Regulations.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner's Certificate) required.
• Availability to work special shifts, including 3rd shift and/or weekends if necessary.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information.
• Basic mathematical skills to handle cash and perform operations with American money.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance and be in complete uniform at all times.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle buses safely and efficiently, ensuring passengers reach their destinations.
• Deliver exceptional client and customer experiences, answering questions and providing directions.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of bus interiors.
• Fuel buses and log trip counts.
• Assist disabled passengers as needed.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate any debris or hazards to the garage office.
• Substitute for Cashiers or Valets when necessary.
• Assist customers with luggage and other traveling items.
• Support the Facility Manager with additional duties as required.
