While in this role, you will be responsible for generating sales via the phone channel. Furthermore, you will respond to inbound phone sales inquiries into Consumer Lending Direct Sales Contact Center on all marketing sponsored campaigns and direct mail efforts. You will be responsible for driving sales through outbound calling initiatives. Additionally, you will serve as subject matter expert for borrowers and will assist in identifying needs, making recommendations, and lending guidance. You will also be responsible for explaining and offering appropriate sales options and recognizing cross sell opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and enhance current and potential customer relationships. It is important to note that you will accurately, and consistently complete customer follow up work throughout the origination process to ensure the best possible customers and prospects with a consistent, efficient, and quality lending experience while supporting the Consumer Lending Strategy.
