About The Position

Northern Haserot is seeking a Delivery Route Driver to transport and deliver products using a straight truck or tractor/trailer to multiple customers daily. The role involves coordinating with customers, sales representatives, and other Northern Haserot personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Requirements

Must possess a valid Class A Commercial License or for Non-CDL must possess a Chauffeurs License.
Knowledge of DOT regulations, safe driving, hours of service and inspection and maintenance guidelines.
Must meet or exceed the medical standards of the U.S. Department of Transportation while carrying a CDL.
Must meet Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) standards set by the company regarding violations.

Nice To Haves

Manual transmission experience preferred.
Knowledge of trailer refrigeration and temperature guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform pre and post trip inspections.
Maintain a high level of safety while driving, loading, and unloading.
Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations.
Apply knowledge and skills in maneuvering commercial vehicles in various situations.
Must be organized with paperwork, customer payments, and utilize RF Scanners, using Samsara software, with attention to detail and accuracy of delivery.
Maintain and foster great relationships with customers as a representative of Northern Haserot.
