The Roll-Off Driver will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers across multiple lines of businesses. The CDL Driver will collect waste from customer sites and transport to post-collection facilities for proper disposal. Key Responsibilities: Elite Equipment Command: Expertly operate roll-off trucks and ancillary equipment to collect and transport waste with precision. Asset Stewardship: Own your truck. Perform rigorous daily pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections. We rely on you to identify and communicate any mechanical needs to the shop team immediately to keep your rig in peak condition. Strategic Routing: Work closely with your supervisor to sharpen route efficiencies. You aren't just following a map; you’re looking for ways to improve how we serve our customers. Safety Leadership: Navigate tight sites and high-traffic areas with a "Zero-Accident" mindset. Identify and report site hazards before performing a task to ensure the safety of yourself and the public. Brand Ambassador: Maintain a professional appearance and a "customer-first" demeanor. As a GFL driver, you are the primary point of contact for our clients on the road. Detailed Documentation: Maintain accurate digital and paper records of services performed, route sheets, and daily truck reports. Clean Cab Culture: Take pride in your workspace by maintaining a clean interior and exterior of your vehicle.
