The Staff Pad has partnered with a specialized logistics company to identify experienced and reliable CDL OTR Truck Drivers. Drivers in this role operate in teams, completing weekly or bi -weekly routes in comfortable double sleeper cabs. Requirements

Valid CDL Class A or Class B license
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
1+ year of verifiable OTR driving experience preferred
Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations and DOT safety standards
Experience with ELD systems (Samsara preferred)
Ability to drive long distances and stay overnight as required
Comfortable with hands -on work, including loading and unloading freight
Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting
Strong time management, navigation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

Operate a Class A or Class B commercial vehicle over long distances
Ensure safe, compliant, and timely delivery of freight across assigned routes
Conduct pre - and post -trip inspections in accordance with DOT regulations
Maintain accurate logs using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD)
Coordinate with dispatch for routing, scheduling, and delivery updates
Safely load and unload freight (materials and equipment provided)
Adhere to OSHA and DOT safety standards, including hours -of -service regulations
Report safety incidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly
Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and team members
