CDL Instructor
About The Position
Full time instructor needed for Georgia Driving Academy in Columbus, GA. Must possess a valid Class A CDL, have patience, good communication skills, willingness to work with others and experience is a plus. Must meet the Georgia Department of Driver Services instructor requirements. Drug Test, DOT Physical, Criminal Background Check, MVR Driving Record and a DDS instructor written test must be passed to qualify under the state guidelines. Prior instructor experience and military experience a plus. Assistance for licensing and training provided by the company. Full benefits with medical, dental, vision, retirement plan and PTO days. Overtime pay on hours worked over 40 in a week.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Class A CDL with a minimum of 2 years OTR experience.
- Must be a high school graduate or equilvalent.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Willingness to work with others.
- Able to work a flexible work schedule
- Must meet the Georgia Department of Driver Services instructor requirements.
- Drug Test, DOT Physical, Criminal Background Check, MVR Driving Record and a DDS instructor written test must be passed to qualify under the state guidelines.
