About The Position

Are you a CDL-A driver ready for a rewarding change? Want to stay close to home, get off the road, and use your experience to build others up? At NETTTS, we’re hiring CDL Instructors who want to teach, mentor, and inspire the next generation of commercial drivers—no prior teaching experience needed. We’ll train you to teach — you bring the experience, we’ll handle the rest. Instructor training is provided at no cost.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 3 years of driving experience
• Meets all DOT driver qualifications
• A positive, professional attitude and a passion for helping others succeed

Responsibilities

• Train students in the classroom, training yard, and on the road (no freight or deliveries)
• Teach and model DOT and NETTTS safety standards and CDL-A test requirements
• Provide guidance, support, and practical instruction to students of all experience levels
