About The Position

We’re looking for experienced CDL Drivers with strong FLATBED experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hauling steel material and fabricated parts, with proven skills in chaining, strapping, and load securement. Safety, reliability, and professionalism are top priorities in this role.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of recent FLATBED experience REQUIRED.
• Experience hauling steel, machinery, or fabricated metal parts required.
• Proficient in load securement (chains, straps, binders, tarping when necessary).
• Ability to lift and handle securement equipment safely.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused.
• References from previous FLATBED employers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle (flatbed trailers).
• Secure steel loads using chains, binders, and straps according to DOT regulations.
• Inspect vehicles and loads to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate driving logs, delivery paperwork, and time records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety policies and procedures.
