CDL Equipment Operator
About The Position
D2B Groups is looking for a dedicated and skilled CDL Equipment Operator to join our cleint's team. In this role, you will operate various types of heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring that operations are carried out safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for transporting materials in a CDL truck, loading and unloading equipment, and performing routine maintenance checks on the machinery you operate. Your key responsibilities will include: Safely operating heavy equipment, including trucks, loaders, and other machinery in accordance with company policies and safety regulations. Transporting materials and equipment to designated locations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment to maintain optimal performance and safety. Conducting routine maintenance on equipment, identifying and reporting any issues to the supervisor. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective teamwork. Adhering to all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) and clean driving record.
- Experience operating heavy equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
