The job may involve climbing heights of up to 13 feet on a ready-mix truck, performing routine maintenance tasks, and lifting weights of 45-50 pounds. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with customers and co-workers is crucial, as is reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents to the plant manager.

Responsibilities

  • Work flexible hours and shifts reliably and punctually.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid State-Issued Driver’s License, Class A or B.
  • DOT Medical Card.
  • Ability to perform job functions as defined by the company’s policy and management.
  • Must be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier with no more than the acceptable points on the license.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical/D.O.T. and drug/alcohol testing.
  • Ability to lift 45-50 pounds and perform manual labor tasks.
