About The Position

Job DetailsJob Location: Knoxville Plant - Knoxville, TN 37919 Moves trailers using yard truck Ensures correct positioning of trailers at loading and unloading. Communicates with dispatchers, drivers, personnel to ensure efficient loading and unloading Performs visual inspections of trailers for potential damage or issues. Reports any equipment issues or safety concerns to management promptly. Maintains safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and person; reports any injury, accident or unsafe condition to supervisor immediately Supports and complies with GMP’s; understands and follows emergency action plan Supports food safety, quality and legality Ensures the operation is providing food-safe, quality products which meet or exceed all product specifications and regulatory requirements Other duties as assigned QualificationsEducation and Experience: The minimum requirements below are representative of the education and experience required to perform this job successfully. High school diploma Experience operating heavy machinery, specifically yard jockey or similar. Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Experience operating heavy machinery, specifically yard jockey or similar.
  • Valid CDL
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively
