About The Position

Local Company CDL-A Driver Needed for our Auburn, WA Location Taylor Metal Products is a leading manufacturer of high-end steel roofing and siding products. We are looking for motivated, high-energy drivers for a full-time hourly position with overtime and weekends off. We have been in business for over 20 years and continue to grow each year. We always hold true to our motto: “Quality Products, Exceptional Service.” A hardworking individual that wants to be a part of a small and personable team will thrive in this fast-paced delivery position. You will deliver our finished building materials to local lumber yards and to active job sites all around Washington; primarily the western half of the state. Schedule and Functions: Home Nightly – Weekends off Home-base is Auburn, WA Volvo and Kenworth day cabs, pulling 37’ to 51’ flatbeds with a piggyback forklift or a 45’ to 48’ curtain van Overnight 1-3 days per month, on a team rotation. We pay lodging and meals when overnighting! Typical shift is 5am to 1-4pm, paid breaks, 45-50 hours weekly average, with steady work year round! Our routes are excellent for individuals that enjoy a challenge, as we deliver to local job sites on a daily basis

Requirements

1-2 years of Class A driving experience
Class-A CDL
Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb on loads
Typical start time at 5am

Responsibilities

Deliver finished building materials to local lumber yards and to active job sites all around Washington; primarily the western half of the state.
Maintain E logs (occasionally paper logs)
