Actively participate in standard training programs and approach all encounters with residents, guests, and co‑workers in a gracious, attentive, and courteous manner. Operate wheelchair lifts and drive the small passenger bus for outings, events, medical appointments, errands, and other destinations according to established guidelines. Perform minor preventive maintenance on community vehicles, maintain emergency supplies, complete inspections, report deficiencies, and maintain interior cleanliness. Assist residents in and out of vehicles, load and unload walkers and wheelchairs, remain knowledgeable of emergency procedures, and perform other duties as assigned. About you: Minimum of 1 year's experience in driving cars and/or buses, transportation services, or a related field. Valid driver’s license and meet Pacific Retirement Services' (PRS’s) Employment Driver Guidelines. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) class A, B, or C and Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certificate is preferred. Requirements
