About The Position
🚛 CDL Truck Driver – Residential Garbage Truck Driver 📍 Location: Waxahachie, Texas 💰 Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hr Drive with Purpose. Grow with Waste Connections. We’re looking for experienced and safety-minded CDL Drivers to join our growing team in Waxahachie , Texas 🔧 The Job: Safely operate a CDL Truck from our Waxahachie yard—start and end your shift in the same location. Service R esidential routes with timely pickups and deliveries. Operate hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load/unload materials and containers. Work a consistent schedule: Mon–Fri, 6 AM start | Approx. 50–60hrs./week Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers. Conduct daily pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
Requirements
- Class A or B CDL with airbrakes
- Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
- Clean MVR and safety-first mindset
- Physically able to lift 75+ lbs., climb in/out of truck, and work outdoors in all conditions
