Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience safely operating tractor-trailer or tender truck equipment.
  • Valid CDL with required endorsements, medical card, and a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed and lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Willingness to work in varying conditions, including extreme weather and noisy environments.

Responsibilities

  • Operate single, tandem, or multi-axle trucks for agronomy/energy product delivery and pick-up.
  • Perform daily safety checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness and compliance.
  • Load and unload materials safely using manual techniques or forklifts.
  • Ensure deliveries meet scheduled times while providing superior customer service.
  • Accurately complete and submit required documentation (e.g., invoices, delivery slips, and logbooks).
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain equipment standards and professional image.
