Requirements

Class A Driver's License.
Clean Driving Record.
Preferably 1 - 2 years of previous driving experience (Recent CDL school graduates are encouraged to apply)
Previous driving experience in cold weather conditions within the Rocky Mountains.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment Background Check, Motor Vehicle Check, Clearinghouse Check, and a DOT drug screen.

Responsibilities

Hit the Road: Deliver products to customers, unload orders, and serve as the face of the company.
Secure the Load: Masterfully secure cargo using load locks and ensure all load-related documentation is 100% accurate.
Safety First: Perform vehicle maintenance checks to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is road-ready.
Weather Ready: Capable of chaining and unchaining tires as mandated by DOT regulations.
Customer Champion: Provide outstanding service during delivery, including checking in orders and collecting payments.
Compliance Pro: Maintain accurate logs of working hours and hold all required certifications/licenses.
Protect the Assets: Maintain, secure, and protect all property entrusted to your care.
Team Player: Work professionally with team drivers and assist with loading trucks when required.
