About The Position

We are growing and have an immediate opening for a qualified professional Truck Driver (CDL-A) in Guaynabo, PR. The role will drive the company truck, for local and city deliveries throughout the island of Puerto Rico. We provide a great work environment and believe in quality customer service in every avenue of logistics solutions!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience.
• Must have less than 3 minor moving violations, and no major moving violations.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report, (showing 10-year driving history) within 30 days of presentation.
• Pallet jack and hand truck experience required.
• Good customer service with internal and external customers
• Good Attendance
• Reliable
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Self-motivated
• Responsible
• Organized

Nice To Haves

• Forklift (sit down or stand up) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle local deliveries/pick up within Puerto Rico.
• Plan routes daily and follows those delivery schedules and appointments.
• Complete a daily truck log and submit reports of mileage.
• Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately.
• Manage routes and routines.
• Find ways to conserve resources, including fuel, to benefit the business.
• Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public.
• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management.
• Handheld device
