A Philabundance Driver, CDL I carry out the primary operation of the organization - efficiently picking up and delivering donated surplus, prepared and perishable foods in the Philadelphia region. Drivers work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 5am and 5pm, M-F. Overtime, evening, weekend and/or holiday hours may be required as necessary. The Driver, CDL I role is also accountable for working as a collaborative team member by learning and understanding Philabundance PCK processes, distribution processes and will provide support to the operations team as needed and required. The Driver’s location must be known to the Transportation department for safety and for customer service reasons.
