About The Position

Drive with Purpose. Grow with Waste Connections. We’re looking for experienced and safety-minded CDL Drivers to join our growing team in Whitesboro, Texas. Safely operate a CDL Truck from our yard—start and end your shift in the same location. Service residential routes with timely pickups and deliveries. Operate hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load/unload materials and containers. Work a consistent schedule: Mon–Fri, 6 AM start | Approx. 52–60 hrs./week. Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers. Conduct daily pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.

Requirements

• Class A or B CDL
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
• Clean MVR and safety-first mindset
• Physically able to lift 75+ lbs., climb in/out of truck, and work outdoors in all conditions
