Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or B is required for this position
- Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience
- Clean driving record - no more than 3 violations in the previous 3 years
- Ability to pass a drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Experience with building products is very helpful
- Moffett experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Seeking a CDL Driver to safely deliver goods, provide excellent face-to-face customer service, and assist with warehouse tasks as needed
- You'll ensure orders are accurate, represent our company on-site, and help keep operations running smoothly
- Local deliveries to residential and commercial job sites
- Safely and efficiently operate vehicles, truck mounted forklifts, warehouse forklifts
- Assist in day-to-day functions of warehouse operations while following safety practices
- Load and unload trucks
- Maintain accurate checklists and delivery logs
- Follow DOT regulations, company safety policies, material handling practices, and load securement policies
- Communicate with supply center team and customers for accurate, on-time delivery
- Review discrepancies from inventory and notifies Branch Manager
- Accurate receiving and pulling of product to ensure accurate inventory
- Ensure all merchandise is properly racked and tagged
- Assist Warehouse Supervisor/ Branch Manager with inventory accuracy and quality
