Delivers and picks up vehicles and equipment for the dealership.  Hazmat & Tanker Endorsement or ability to acquire a Hazmat + Tanker within first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Picks up and delivers vehicles and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry.
• All deliveries are expected to be made in a timely manner.
• If all deliveries cannot be made you must notify management immediately.
• Handles basic maintenance of the truck including filling tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure required inspections are performed.
• Fluid levels must be checked every morning.
• Advises parts manager if delivery trucks need major repairs and maintenance.
• Maintains professional appearance.
• Accidents, traffic violations, registration, inspection and insurance dates must be reported to management immediately.
