About The Position

Join our Mobile Mammography team as a CDL Driver & Patient Care Assistant and play a vital role in bringing life-saving breast cancer screening services to communities across Montana! This isn't just a driving job! You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining a state-of-the-art mobile mammography coach, ensuring it reaches each destination safely and is fully operational for patient care. In addition to transporting the unit, you'll be an integral part of the patient experience, assisting with scheduling, patient transport, and data entry, all while supporting the mammography technologists in delivering high-quality imaging services.

Requirements

• CDL License (Class A or B) with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving large vehicles is preferred, but open to those who have recently earned their CDL.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent people skills and passion for patient care.
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
• Reliability and flexibility for overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate the mobile mammography unit to outreach locations across Montana, including setting up the unit upon arrival.
• Oversee equipment maintenance—monitor generators, data connections, and HVAC systems to ensure everything is running smoothly.
• Assist with patient care—help patients from the mobile unit to the hospital, provide support for check-in, and manage paperwork and reports.
• Perform administrative tasks—data entry, scheduling assistance, and managing patient records.
• Collaborate with the mammography technologists to ensure smooth workflow and patient experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment—ensure patient areas remain clean and sanitary, including both interior spaces and exterior surfaces.
