The Delivery Merchandiser - Small Store Relief CDL is a touch freight position responsible for delivering and rotating stock. This role involves merchandising shelves, racks, equipment, and displays to Company standards. The position requires a high degree of flexibility to cover the open needs of the driver team, transporting and unloading products to retail outlets, and ensuring all products are merchandised according to company standards. The Delivery Merchandiser works closely with the Sales Supervisor to establish positive relationships with customers and provide superior customer service. Responsibilities also include providing feedback on competitive threats and business opportunities, maintaining rapport with customers, and ensuring proper care of products and equipment.
