About The Position
The Delivery Merchandiser - Small Store CDL is a touch freight position and is responsible for delivering and rotating stock. Also responsible for merchandising shelves, racks, equipment, and displays to Company standards. The role involves transporting and unloading products to retail outlets, merchandising all product inside the outlet to Company standards, and working in partnership with the Sales Supervisor to execute the picture of success. The position requires establishing positive relationships with all customers, providing superior customer service, and maintaining rapport with customers. Additionally, the role includes collecting any breakage or out of date product, ensuring proper care of product, equipment, and route settlement daily, and assisting with training and coaching of delivery merchandiser trainees.
