About The Position
The Delivery Merchandiser – Small Store Relief CDL is a touch freight position and is responsible for delivering and rotating stock. Also responsible for merchandising shelves, racks, equipment, and displays to Company standards. The role requires a high degree of flexibility to cover open needs of the driver team, transporting and unloading products to retail outlets, and merchandising all products inside the outlet to Company standards. The position works in partnership with the Sales Supervisor to execute the picture of success, establishing positive relationships with all customers and providing superior customer service. Responsibilities also include providing feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities, setting up merchandise and sales promotion displays, and communicating any store-level issues to management. The role requires compliance with DOT rules for driving purposes and maintaining rapport with customers.
