About The Position

CDL Driver / Laborer (Home Daily) Carroll Water | Maryland & Surrounding Areas Carroll Water is a growing, locally owned company seeking a reliable CDL Driver / Laborer to join our team. This role combines commercial driving responsibilities with hands-on labor , supporting our water treatment and well drilling operations. What You’ll Do Operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites Assist with loading and unloading trucks Support field crews with installation, setup, and general labor tasks Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Schedule Full-time position Typical hours: Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as needed Home daily (no overnight travel required) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Benefits include: Medical, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Ongoing training and development Qualifications Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record Ability to meet DOT requirements Ability to safely lift and move materials (up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] as part of job duties) Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work in outdoor environments Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work as part of a team Preferred (not required): Experience in construction, utility, or similar field work Experience operating equipment or working on job sites About Carroll Water Carroll Water has been serving the community since 1983, providing water treatment and well drilling services to homeowners. Requirements

Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record
Ability to meet DOT requirements
