Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate understanding of the mechanical requirements to safety operate a commercial vehicle by conducting accurate pre- and post-trip truck inspections. Safely demonstrate driving skills by maneuvering truck into position at loading rack and customer sites. Accurately read gauges or meters and record data per company protocol. Reliably follow daily delivery schedules to deliver fuel to customers. Deliver fuel to below-ground tanks. Follow company protocol to purge fuel from truck during and after shift. Uphold Department of Transportation and Department of Ecology safety and environmental standards. Maintain communication with immediate manager and transportation dispatch. Communicate effectively with customers and maintain good customer relations. Job Requirements Valid Commercial Driver License and acceptable driving/safety record. Class A, Tanker and Hazmat endorsements. TWIC Card (company will help acquire if needed). 2 years’ CDL driving experience. Fuel tanker driving experience preferred. Must be flexible on shift assignments.
