About The Position
Commercial Front Load CDL Driver Pellitteri Waste Systems, Inc. Madison, WI, USA Compensation $30.00 - $32.00 (higher pay when designated for a route!) We are seeking Truck Drivers CDL Class A or B for local hauling to join our commercial front load team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).
Requirements
- Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields utilizing a CDL
- WI commercial driver's license, Class A or B CDL
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to pass a background check and a CDL - DOT drug screen
Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy truck with front load lift attachment designed to haul solid waste and recycling
- Load and unload cargo, automated. You may be asked to wheel container to a safe area for operation before dumping
- Properly track and document activity log
- Transfer material to its accurate disposal site
- Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
- Inspect truck before, during and after trip
- Perform all duties as scheduled from the Route Manager
